- 500g Appenzeller®
- 1 large onion
- A few radishes
For cider vinegar sauce :
- 4 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 sprig chives
- Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Grate Appenzeller® with a Rösti grater.
Slice onion and mix all ingredients with cider vinegar sauce.
Garnish with radishes.
And you’re done!
