  • 500g Appenzeller®
  • 1 large onion
  • A few radishes

For cider vinegar sauce :

  • 4 tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 sprig chives
  • Salt and pepper
 

DIRECTIONS:

Grate Appenzeller® with a Rösti grater.

Slice onion and mix all ingredients with cider vinegar sauce.

Garnish with radishes.

And you’re done!
