- 1 baguette
- 4 tbsp. white wine
- 1 tbsp. flat parsley, coarsely chopped
- 2 spring onions
- 250 g Swiss Raclette
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 150 g brown button mushrooms, well cleaned
- Fresh ground pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Cut baguette in two and open halves. Moisten with white wine and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Cut spring onions into fine rounds, including stems. Coarsely grate Swiss Raclette. Combine cheese and onion and spread over baguette slices. Sprinkle with thyme.
Cut mushrooms in half and stick into cheese mixture. Season. Cook for approx. 8 minutes in an oven preheated to 200°C.
