- 20 g Tête de Moine AOC, grated
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 baguette (rye) approx. 4 cm wide, cut into 0.5 cm slices, or a few slices of pumpernickel
Serac fresh cheese paste :
- 2 tbsp. serac (fresh cheese)
- 1/2 tbsp. chopped nuts
- 1/4 small pear, cut into 0.5 cm cubes
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all serac paste ingredients, season.
Spread bread with a little serac (2 tsp. per slice).
Garnish canapés with Tête de Moine AOC rosettes.
