  • 500 g serac (Séré) fresh cheese
  • Lemon juice
  • 6 tbsp. chervil, chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 nutty loaves or baguettes
  • 2 small Batavia salads
  • 200 g cranberries
  • Chervil sprigs
  • 40 Tête de Moine AOC rosettes
 

Mix serac with a little lemon juice and freshly chopped chervil.

Season with salt and pepper.

Slice bread and spread with serac.

Wash Batavia salads and drain well.

Chop salad into bite-sized pieces.

Place on slices of bread, cover with Tête de Moine AOC rosettes, and garnish with cranberries and chervil.
